IMPACT was created to give teens a place to grow as leaders while making a real difference in the world around them.
We believe young people are not just future leaders. They are capable of leading now when they are given support, structure, encouragement, and meaningful opportunities to contribute.
IMPACT helps teens build practical life skills, strengthen confidence, and participate in community-centered projects that matter.
IMPACT is secular, inclusive, and community-centered. We are not focused on popularity, performance, or perfection. We are focused on growth.
Teens in IMPACT are encouraged to think critically, work collaboratively, care about others, and take ownership of their role in the community.
This is a space where teens can practice leadership in real ways, not just talk about it.
IMPACT is for teens who want to grow, connect, help others, and become more confident leaders.
Teens do not have to come in already feeling confident or knowing exactly who they are. They only need a willingness to participate, learn, and show up.
Some teens may be natural leaders. Others may be quieter, unsure, or still figuring themselves out. Both belong here.
IMPACT focuses on hands-on learning, mentorship, community involvement, and personal growth. Teens are given opportunities to practice leadership skills in supportive, real-world ways.
Our goal is to help teens leave IMPACT with stronger confidence, better communication skills, a deeper sense of responsibility, and a clearer understanding that they can make a difference.
This is my why.
I’ve seen what happens when young people feel unseen, unsupported, and alone.
I’ve seen how much one connection, one mentor, one moment of being truly known can change everything.
Mental health isn’t just a conversation; it’s a responsibility.
Through community outreach, my vision is to unite generations. Because when we connect, we unlock a powerful exchange of knowledge, wisdom, and shared experience.
It allows teens to build real relationships with the people around them. To feel rooted, supported, and part of something bigger than themselves.
To create their own village.
Because when we teach them to lead, serve, and show up for others…we’re also showing them how to stay.
