For Teens
IMPACT is a place to grow, connect, and take action.
You do not have to have everything figured out. You do not have to be the loudest person in the room. You just need to be willing to participate, learn, and care about making a difference.
For Parents and Families
For Parents and Families
IMPACT gives teens a structured, supportive space to develop leadership skills, confidence, responsibility, and community connection.
We are committed to creating an environment that is inclusive, respectful, safe, and growth-focused.
For Volunteers
Adult volunteers help make IMPACT possible. Volunteers may support meetings, events, mentorship, community projects, fundraising, or behind-the-scenes planning.
We are looking for dependable adults who believe in teens, value inclusion, and want to help young people grow into confident community leaders.
For Community Partners
IMPACT partners with local organizations, businesses, schools, nonprofits, and community leaders to create opportunities for teens to learn, contribute, and grow.
