IMPACT provides leadership development, mentorship, volunteer opportunities, and community outreach experiences for teens.
As our organization grows, our programs will continue to expand based on the needs of our teens and the community.
Leadership Development
Teens learn practical leadership skills they can use at school, at work, in relationships, and in their communities.
Topics may include:
Communication
Teamwork
Goal setting
Problem-solving
Conflict resolution
Responsibility
Decision-making
Confidence-building
IMPACT gives teens opportunities to notice needs in their community and take meaningful action.
Outreach projects may include local volunteer work, community events, donation drives, awareness campaigns, and service-based projects designed and supported by teen leaders.
Mentorship
Mentorship is an important part of IMPACT. Teens benefit from supportive adults and community leaders who can encourage growth, model leadership, and help them explore their strengths.
Our mentorship approach is rooted in encouragement, respect, inclusion, and practical support.
Teen-Led Projects
We believe teens learn leadership best by doing.
IMPACT encourages teens to help plan, organize, and participate in projects that matter to them. This gives participants the chance to practice follow-through, collaboration, creativity, and real-world problem-solving.
